Safety teams are conducting a review after a Disney World employee was injured while shielding guests from a runaway 400-pound prop boulder.The staff member was struck and knocked to the ground during a performance of the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular in Florida after the prop malfunctioned.Disney confirmed the individual is recovering as subsequent shows have been modified to exclude the boulder element until the investigation is complete.
