Claudia Sheinbaum will send humanitarian food aid to Cuba this week following a USA executive order threatening tariffs on nations providing oil to the island.Donald Trump announced the start of negotiations with Cuban leaders as he increases economic pressure by restricting energy supplies previously provided by Venezuela and Mexico.Mexico has become the primary oil supplier for Havana after the USA military captured Nicolás Maduro in Venezuela, though recent exports have decreased to 7,000 barrels per day.
