Teenager Charged With Murdering Stepsister Anna Kepner on Cruise

A 16-year-old boy faces federal murder charges following the death of his 18-year-old stepsister Anna Kepner on a Carnival cruise ship.The cheerleader from Florida was found deceased under a bed in her cabin after she was reportedly strangled during an altercation in international waters.Miami federal judge Beth Bloom is overseeing the sealed case after the FBI investigated the homicide which occurred during a family vacation.
