Don Lemon pleaded not guilty to federal charges in the USA of conspiracy and interfering with religious freedom following a protest at a Minnesota church.The former CNN anchor maintains he was acting as a journalist while livestreaming a demonstration against a pastor who also works for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.Defense attorney Abbe Lowell challenged the seizure of the mobile phone belonging to Don Lemon as supporters gathered outside the courthouse to protest the prosecution.
