The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating after a Velocity V-Twin crashed shortly after departing Nashua Airport and came to rest upside down in a snow bank in the Cannongate Condominiums parking lot at about 2:10 p.m.The lone pilot, who was conscious and spoke to officers before being taken to hospital, struck trees and a condominium roof before the aircraft was substantially damaged, and
