Charles James Spencer-Churchill has been charged with three counts of intentional strangulation following a Thames Valley Police investigation, after alleged offences in November 2022 and in January and May 2024 in Woodstock, Oxfordshire.The 70-year-old, who uses the name Jamie Blandford and is the 12th Duke of Marlborough, was arrested on May 13, 2024, has been summonsed to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on Thursday, and is related to Winston Churchill and Diana; his ancestral home, Blenheim Palace, is run by independent trusts that say they cannot comment on his personal conduct, and the palace previously hosted Donald Trump and earlier this year saw a $6 million gold toilet stolen.
