Ministry of Commerce announced that it has concluded a year-long anti-dumping probe into pork and pig by-product imports from the EU and will impose reduced duties ranging from 4.9 percent to 19.8 percent on dozens of exporters, measures that will take effect the day after the announcement and last for five years. The ministry said the duties replace earlier temporary cash-deposit tariffs of up to 62.4 percent introduced during the investigation, and it framed the final decision as a response to EU trade measures, including duties of up to 45 percent on electric vehicles imposed by Brussels last year.
